California DMV Practice Test in Armenian & English

Terms of use

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These terms cover the DMV Armenian app and this website. The app is free to download. Everything beyond the free tier needs a subscription, and the sections below say exactly what it costs, when it renews, and how to stop it.

What is free

Downloading the app is free, and so is a real sample of what it does: one full practice test with its result, one topic test, the first five road signs, and the first five questions of the first topic — each with the full explanation of why every wrong answer is wrong. No account, no card, no time limit on any of it.

Subscription plans

Everything else — the whole question bank, the remaining practice and topic tests, the handbook reader and search, and the random-question mode — needs a subscription. There are two: weekly and monthly. The price is shown in your own currency on the subscribe screen and again by Apple or Google before you confirm, and the monthly plan costs considerably less per day than the weekly one. Both cover exactly the same content; the only difference is how often you are billed.

It renews automatically

This is a subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm, and it renews at the same price every week or every month until you cancel. Each renewal is charged automatically — you will not be asked again. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends, so cancelling has to happen before then to stop the next payment. We will always tell you before a price changes, and a price rise never applies to a period you have already paid for.

How to cancel

Cancel in the store you bought it from, not in this app — Apple and Google do not let an app cancel its own subscription. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, your profile picture, Payments and subscriptions. The app has a Manage subscription button on the Access screen that takes you straight there. Cancelling stops the next payment and nothing else: you keep everything until the period you have already paid for runs out, and you are not charged again after that. Deleting your DMV Armenian account does NOT cancel your subscription — the two are separate, and only the store can stop the billing.

Which account it belongs to

Your subscription belongs to the App Store or Google Play account that paid for it — not to your DMV Armenian account. It works on every device signed in to that store account; if a new phone does not show it straight away, use Restore purchases. Signing in to your DMV Armenian account on someone else’s phone does not give them access, because access never travels with that account. Your study progress is separate and does follow it, as it always has.

Refunds

Apple and Google take the payment, so only Apple and Google can refund it. We cannot issue, approve or reverse a store refund, and we cannot see your payment details. Ask them directly:

About the content

This app is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the California DMV. It is a study aid built from the California Driver Handbook, and it is not the test, not an official document, and not legal advice. We do not promise that you will pass. The DMV sets the questions and the rules, and both can change without us knowing; always treat the DMV’s own published material as authoritative.

Your account

Sign-in is a six-digit code sent to your email address; there is no password. Keep that address to yourself — anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account and see your progress. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Your subscription is not tied to that account, so deleting it does NOT cancel your subscription and does NOT stop the billing — cancel in the App Store or Google Play first, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them. A change never shortens a period you have already paid for, and never raises the price of one after the fact. If the subscription price itself changes, Apple or Google will tell you and ask you to agree before the higher price is ever charged; if you do not agree, the subscription simply ends at the close of the current period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
